Do I need to register before placing an order?
You can shop at Sina Boda without creating an account by selecting the guest checkout option. When I will receive my order?
Sina Boda ships on all week days excluding public holidays. Most orders ship the same day if received by 12 p.m. (East Time). Orders received after 12 p.m. East Time, will be shipped the following day. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good conditions, we only ship through reputed courier agencies (UPS, Fedex or USPS). UPS and Fedex does not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a home or business address for us to ship to. Shipping time depends on where we are shipping to. We ship from Maryland (20814) so orders along the East Coast take approximately 1-3 business days. Orders to the west Coast take approximately 5-6 business days.
Can you organize an expedited shipping ?

Can you ship at international ?
Please email us at hello@sinaboda.com before you place your order and we will find the best way to ship to you outside of the US. For orders outside of the United states, extra charges (sales tax and custom duty) may occur depending on your region and local customs charges. These charges are at the receivers expenses.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

What is your Return Policy?
We want you to love our products and to be happy ! Each product is uniquely different and one of a kind. That’s the beauty of a handcrafted item. Remember that for most products, our policy is to send you the item shown on the website (when apply). However, if you are not completely satisfied we will gladly accept returns within 10 days of the arrival of your order. Please contact us before mailing products back at hello@sinaboda.com Returned Items must be in their original packaging with all tags, and accompanied by the original order number.
Damaged items or missing ?
We get it, things happen... If your shipment is damaged or lost, we will do everything possible to assist you. Damaged items or missing items should be reported within 7 days of delivery. You must keep packaging after reporting damage, so that we can enter a claim with the shipping company. However, we can not be responsible for missing packages if the shipper can verify delivery to the shipping address
Shipping costs on refunds & exchanges
Buyer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs. We reserve the right to deny a returned item should it no longer appear salable or does not meet our return standards.
How long it will take to process my exchange or replacement ?
Exchanges and replacements will be treated as soon as we received the returned item
How long it will take for my refund ?
Refund will be credited back to the original method of payment as soon as your return is processed. Please note: credit may take up to 5 days to post on your account.
